01 Discovering the terroirs of Burgundy
Our expertise begins in the vineyards; in our own Domaines, just like the owners from whom we buy grapes, musts or wines, we strive to uncover the true characteristics of the terroirs of Burgundy. From Chablis to Mâcon via the Côte de Beaune, from Nuits-Saint-Georges to Givry via Pommard, we are constantly searching for the incredibly profound expression of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
This immeasurable natural mosaic which constitutes the famous Climates of Burgundy, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, presents us with an additional opportunity to reveal the wealth of our royal grape varieties
02Modernity and tradition
The true Burgundians that we are, our harvest schedule is based on the optimal maturity of each plot. This is when we have to choose whether to destem the grape bunches depending on the results we want. Then in the winery, we adjust the maceration times of the reds to obtain the best balance, while slowly and delicately pressing the whites.
Here, the pneumatic presses respect the fruit and reveal the subtlety of the varietal aromas. A mix of modern technology and traditional expertise; measurements; and the legendary Burgundian good judgment is used to make wine and provide services in tune with the times and respectful of your desires.
The new Maison Goichot building is divided into two distinct areas: the first concerns winemaking. We have a very modern winery where we make the wine with precision and meticulousness; a mix of grapes from our Domaines but also grapes and musts that we buy. This is enough to ensure that the winemaking process and ageing occurs in a style that represents us. This winery focuses on small volumes and top-of-the-range appellations for fully controlled production. The second space is dedicated to the storage of finished products. Here, innovativeness is at the service of logistics performance in order for us to be able to connect with our customers and develop à la carte services. This keen sense of service can also be experienced in the panoramic tasting room; we receive our professional clients here in the best setting.
03Selection and partner winegrowers
We have had very special relationships with our partners for three generations now. Personal connections that allow us to monitor our wines directly at the properties: regular visits and contacts to watch over the batches before removing them to complete their ageing and then bottling them in our cellars. We even bring our own barrels to some of our partners. An honest and genuine relationship is a guarantee of quality, serenity and loyalty.

For several years, we have been offering services to the various participants in the wine business: transport, bottling, labelling and packaging at the customer's request, storage solutions, order preparation, shipping… We provide many services on a daily basis in order to meet the demands of our winegrowers and wine traders.
